The Bond Building Committee had their monthly meeting this week and reviewed the Schematic Design drawings for Andover Central High School.
There are several phases that make up a construction project. The Schematic design phase is the first. It consists of architects talking with a client to determine the project's requirements and goals. These include rough drawings, site plans, ect.
Other topics they discussed at their meeting included the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) bids for all of the Roof Replacements, the Elementary School Planning team will be touring area schools to get ideas for future designs, the new driveway at AHS Stadium and Cottonwood, the staff meetings held at Andover High School with SJCF Architecture and the road at the ACHS construction site.
The snow provided a pretty backdrop for crews at Sunflower Elementary.
