What in the world is Link Crew?
Link Crew is a nationally recognized freshman transition program. Link Leaders and Crew members work together on a monthly basis to build a strong team that is focused on academic success, life skills, social skills and increased student participation in school related sports and activities.
The first Crew of Link Leaders were selected last May and spent eight hours during the summer learning leadership and communication skills for working with small groups of teens.
On August 17th, 200 new Andover High School students were greeted at AHS by 44 outstanding and dedicated Link Leaders. The freshmen participated in fun activities that focused on team and relationship building while they became acquainted with the culture and expectations of their new school.

The Link Program curriculum provides for eleven additional activities that the Leaders and their Crew members will work on together throughout the school year.
