School Supply Packages available to order during April

Proceeds benefit your booster club!

Both the Trojan and Jaguar booster clubs will be selling prepackaged shrink-wrapped school supplies for the 2008-2009 school year as a service for busy parents. School Supply
Packages will be available for students Early Childhood - 8th grade. All proceeds from the sale of School Supply Packages will benefit the booster club from which you purchase the package.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does the Booster Club know what my child needs? The District Office works with teachers and school administrators to compile a list of school supplies that your child will need for a successful school year.

How do I purchase a School Supply Package for my child? Order forms will be distributed in Friday folders, through school offices, and on the District web site. Prices vary from grade level to grade level due to differences in items included in each School Supply Package. In addition to the convenience of prepackaged school supplies, prices are competitive with area retailers. In order to provide the lowest possible price, payment is necessary with the School Supply Order Form. Payment is accepted by check and is payable to the booster club from which you order (AHS Booster Club or ACHS Booster Club).

Are these quality supplies?
Teachers typically request brand name items, such as Crayola crayons, Elmer’s glue, and Fiskar scissors. Our supplier has been in business for 30 years and serves many area districts. The quality of all items is guaranteed.

When will my child receive the School Supply Package?
School Supply Packages will be available in August. Information regarding a pick up location and date will be posted on the District web site, and an e-mail reminder will be sent to those who ordered.

Can I buy a School Supply Package in August?
To provide the lowest possible price, we can only offer this convenient opportunity until May 1st.

How do I help a child in need of school supplies? Simply add the amount you would like to donate on the School Supply Package Order Form where indicated “Donation for children in need of supplies."  Choose the amount you wish to donate and the funds will purchase packages for students in our District who might not otherwise have supplies.
