New Student Enrollment Information

Welcome to the enrollment section for students new to Andover Public Schools! At any time if you have questions, please contact the school your child will attend, or call the District Office at (316) 218-4660.
The first day of school at Andover Public Schools is Thursday, August 14, for any student new to the district, as well as all returning students who are entering first, sixth or ninth grades. The first day of school for grades two through five, seven and eight, and ten through twelve, is Friday, August 15. The first day of school for Kindergarten students is Tuesday, August 19. Please print and complete the required forms (see below), as well as any of the optional forms you may need, and mail or bring them to the school your child will attend. If you are not sure of which school your child will attend, please contact the Transportation Department at 218-4621 for verification. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, contact your child's school. Once the forms in this section have been printed, please click on the tab at the top of the page for your child's school. There you'll find additional, school-specific forms to print and complete. Kansas Certificate of Immunization -- required
Health Examination Report--required for students new to Kansas and under the age of nine
Sports Physical Form -- required only if child participates in school sports
Over-the-Counter Medication Permission Form (high school only)
Prescription Medication Release Form
Medication Self Administration (high school only - for instance, students with inhalers)
Dental Card (requested annually but not required at the beginning of school)
