MEET THE COUNSELING DEPARTMENT

The counselors at ACHS follow their classes all the way through high school. It is our belief that this provides the students with someone who will get to know them fairly well by the time they graduate. This helps the counselor provide specific services for each student. Mrs. Molina - - Registrar, Mrs. Molina has been with the counseling department for 7 years. Previous experience has been secretary at both Andover Middle Schools and at Kapaun High School. Mrs. Molina's main responsibility is the handling of grades. From progress reports, to semester grade cards, to transcripts, Mrs. Molina works tirelessly to make sure every student's transcript is accurate and dealt with in a professional manner. Students contact Mrs. Molina to have their transcripts sent to colleges. Mrs. Molina is also in charge of scheduling substitutes for teachers, the daily bulletin and various e-mails and mailings from the school. She also tries to keep the counselors in line.
