LOCAL PHYSICIAN GROUPS
TO OFFER LOW COST SPORTS PHYSICALS
Wichita Clinic – Andover and PMA Andover are once again offering
$20 sports physicals for Andover athletes.
Wichita Clinic Andover, 612 N Andover Road, will provide
physicals by appointment only beginning May 1 and continuing
throughout the summer. Wichita Clinic will donate half of all
proceeds to the Andover Advantage Foundation to benefit Andover
schools. Please call 613-4976 to schedule an appointment.
PMA Andover, 308 W. Central, will provide first come first serve
physicals on Tuesday, June 16th beginning at 6:00 p.m. and
Thursday, August 6th beginning at 6:00 p.m. Proceeds from the PMA
physicals are donated to the athletic departments at each high
school.
Both clinics require that the student medical history portion of
the Sports Physical form must be completed and signed by both the
student and the parent. Forms are available in school offices and
at the district office, 1432 N. Andover Road.
