Tips to Being Successful in my Class
- Be Prepared - Have all materials and assignments in class each day. Preparation is the key to success!
- Be Organized - Accordion Folders are used in my class to help students keep their files organized. I also have provided each class a cabinet in my room to keep materials.
- Be Flexible - Sometimes problems arise and plans need to change. It is important to be able to roll with the punches.
- Communicate Effectively - If problems arise, it is important that I am aware. If you are struggling or would like extra help, come talk to me and we can work something out! No problem is ever too big to deal with!
- Study, Study, Study - This relates directly to being prepared and organized. Do not expect to not take notes or read a story and be able to earn an A. Not all people have the same abilities, so some will need to study longer than others. I am always available to provide study tips.
I am very excited to be working with your students. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to email me or call me at school.
