Budget at a Glance
The Budget at a Glance provides a summary of expenditures and revenues in this year’s adopted budget with comparative data for the two previous years. It also includes information on enrollment, assessed valuations, mill rates and bond indebtedness.
Form 150
Form 150 is the calculation page for the estimated legal maximum general fund budget. It contains information on estimated enrollment and weighting calculations that determine the general fund budget.
Unencumbered Cash Balances
This page is a new part of the budget documents. It provides three years of ending unencumbered cash balances by fund. It should be noted that the majority of the increases in the cash balances can be found in the bond and interest fund. These increases are a result of the increases in the debt payments which are due September 1.
2011-2012 Budget
The Budget for Andover Public Schools USD 385 contains every calculation page, form, code and summary information required by the Kansas State Department of Education. It contains the current estimated budget for revenue and expenditures plus the previous two years of actual revenue and expenditures
