Applications are now being accepted for the 2019-20 school year for Andover Early Learning Services.

In addition, staff members at Prairie Creek and Robert Martin elementary schools, where Early Learning programs are offered, will be available from 11:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, to offer in-person assistance with applications.

Andover offers a variety of programs for children ages 3, 4 and 5, including:

  • Fee-based pre-kindergarten.
  • State-funded 4-year-old program for at-risk children (no cost anbd limited availability).
  • Early childhood special education (no cost).

Update: (Jan. 24, 2019): Due to the number of applications received, our Peer Model Program is full for the 2019-20 school year. Current applicants who are selected via a lottery system will be offered a place in the program, and others who have applied will be placed on a waiting list.  Notifications will be made on Feb. 8. Applications are still being accepted for all other programs.
