High Schoolers at Youth Entrepreneurs Regionals

Students from Andover and Andover Central High School presented their business plans at the Youth Entrepreneurs Regional competition on Wednesday, April 27. Youth Entrepreneurs is a nonprofit organization that teaches business and entrepreneurial education in 41 high schools across Kansas and Missouri in order to better prepare students for success in business and other future career and education endeavors.

From Andover High School, Carly Flake and Brett Kabler both placed third in their rooms, as did Ashley Marlowe and Natalie Samuelson from Andover Central High School. Each third place winner won $500 and $100 for presenting at regionals.

Congratulations to our young entrepreneurs on a job well done!
