Rick Lee Elected to KS Pro Indoor Football Hall of Fame

Congratulations to Rick Lee, physical education teacher at Robert Martin Elementary, for being elected into the 2017 Class of the Kansas Pro Indoor Football Hall of Fame! 

Coach Lee has been involved in coaching football for over 25 years and is in his 10th year at WCS. He is the longest serving pro indoor football coach with 11 seasons of indoor professional football coaching in the state of Kansas. Coach Lee has been an offensive line coach with two of the indoor football franchises in Wichita. Now in his 3rd season with the Wichita Force after winning the 2016 championship, he was involved in all eight season of the now defunct Wichita Wild, winning two championships in their last two seasons. Coach Lee graduated from Haven High School and received his teaching degree from Wichita State University along with a degree in sports administration.

Inductions will take place at halftime of the Wichita Force football game at Intrust Bank Arena versus the Amarillo Venom at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017.
