Welcome to Andover School District. We are happy to have you here. Be sure we have accurate phone numbers for you in case of an emergency. We do require proof of completed immunizations and physicals as set forth by Kansas Statutes. On the USD #385 website you will find various information is available under the section entitled Nurses Corner. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact the Nurse or Health Clerk at your school.
Our student health records system requires a Health Portal account be created for each student. If you are new to the district, or have not previously created an account, please complete these steps soon so we can prepare for the upcoming school year. If you have received this email, our system has indicated that you do not have an active account at this time and will need to proceed with the following instructions.
To self-register, you will need the following information:
- Student first name
- Student last name
- Student date of birth
- Student ID number (listed below)
- Primary contact email provided to the district. This would be the email address where you receive school communications as provided to Power School.
- Your student’s ID number can be found in powerschool. It is their powerschool number.
If you have multiple children attending Andover Public Schools, you may receive multiple emails with each child’s student ID number.
After you complete the first step in self-registration, you will receive an email with your user name and temporary password. If you haven’t received this email after 10-15 minutes, please check your spam folder in your email.

Underneath the words LOG IN there is a phrase that says: Activate Account. Click on
this to begin registration. If you have any questions regarding the Health Portal, please
email your school nurse.
