Facility Usage Fee Schedule & Requirements

- All summer facility usage requests for June and July must be in the system by June 1.
- All requests must be entered into the system at least 7 days prior to the requested date. The 7 day period will start after you have submitted a facility request.
- All building gyms will be closed July 16-31, 2022.
- When creating an organization that pertains to the YMCA or Rec please use the following template:
- Sport – team name (optional) – coach’s last name – YMCA or Rec
- Basketball – Sharks – Smith – YMCA
- In the event that school is canceled, all practices, events and activities are canceled. The requester will be responsible for notifying their participants.
- USD 385 employees cannot be used as a substitute for scheduling for a community user. Only the owner/manager of the organization can schedule an event.
