Facilities & Operations
The Operations Department is responsible for the physical management of schools and buildings, which house more than 5,800 students, along with administrative, maintenance, grounds, warehouse and transportation buildings. Our goal is to provide support services to maintain safe, clean and productive educational environments that are conducive to high student achievement. The staff is committed to delivering quality service in construction, maintenance, operations and grounds with the understanding that we are an integral part of the educational process for students attending Andover Public Schools.
