Health Office Portal
Our student health records system requires a Health Portal account be created for each student.
Returning users:
If you have an account, log in with your PowerSchool email address and your password.
New users:
To set up a new account, go to the Health Portal and click Activate Account. You will need your student(s) first and last name, date of birth, ID number (PowerSchool ID) and the primary parent/guardian’s PowerSchool email address. After registering for the Health Portal, you will receive an email with your username and temporary password.
