District Leadership Team

The District Leadership Team (DLT) assumes day-to-day responsibility for leading Andover Public Schools. Each member is uniquely qualified to offer expertise, advice and support not only for the superintendent, but the entire district. DLT is committed to excellence at every level, and not only ask it of themselves, but from all staff and students in Andover Public Schools. DLT’s primary responsibility is to ensure the District Action Plan is carried out in a thoughtful, collaborative and efficient manner. This group values hard work, trying new things and staying focused on the goal of making Andover one of the best school districts in the country.
