Registration Information
Welcome to registration with Andover Public Schools. We will do everything we can to help you get ready for school!
Please find registration information below. If you have a question or aren't finding what you are looking for, please email us at info@usd385.org and we'll be glad to help!
Online registration: Online registration for the 2024-25 school year opens around noon on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Parents will receive an email that day with directions for how to begin the process. If you do not have internet access at home, you may access a computer at District Office, 1432 N. Andover Road, or at your child’s school.
New students: If you intend to register a student in grades Kindergarten through 12 for the 2024-25 school year AND are new to Andover Public Schools, please complete our Intent to Register Form. Students who have never enrolled at Andover Public Schools should complete the Intent to Register form before July 16.
Fees: All fees can be paid online through RevTrak, the district’s online payment processor. A software fee is added for online payment. School-related fees, transportation fees and food service fees should be paid at your child's school.
Transportation: First Student provides transportation services for Andover Public Schools. Transportation is provided at no cost to students who live 2.5 miles or more from their school. Students who live closer than 2.5 miles must pay a fee of $250 per student, or a maximum of $750 per family, to ride the bus. Transportation fees must be paid by the first full week of school to continue riding the bus. Please email info@usd385.org if you have questions.
Health information: Please complete a health history form for your child and return it to his or her school. It is important for our schools to have current student health information on record to best meet the needs of your child, especially in a medical emergency. A Health Examination Report (physical), signed by a Kansas physician, is necessary for kindergarteners and students under the age of 9 who are entering Kansas schools for the first time. Children who transfer from other Kansas schools should provide a copy of the entrance exam they provided to their previous school.
