Come lead our future: Seeking Andover's next superintendent

Andover Public Schools - USD 385 is searching for a collaborative, visionary leader to continue its tradition of excellence and propel the district into the future.

The district prides itself in academic and extracurricular success, preparing students for their next steps after school. We enjoy strong community engagement, both with partnerships in the Andover and Wichita metro areas and in the facilities our residents support for students and staff. We believe in being responsible stewards of community tax dollars while providing the best opportunities for students.

Located just east of Wichita, the Andover district is just minutes from the dining, shopping, entertainment and other amenities found in a metro area of a half-million people, yet still has a community feel typical of a small Kansas town. If you feel you are the right candidate to lead Andover Public Schools into the future, we hope you will apply.
